Versatile Exports
Export your finished map in multiple formats: high-res PNG, PDF for documents, SVG for vector editing, or JSON to save and resume your project later.
100% Private & Local
Your ideas remain yours. The app runs completely on your device, meaning no data is uploaded to our servers. Fast, secure, and always accessible.
How it works
1. Start a Project
Enter the app and click New Project to open a fresh canvas. If you've worked on a map previously and exported it, you can simply select Import JSON to pick up right where you left off.
2. Build & Connect
Use the Add Node button in the bottom toolbar to drop a new concept onto your canvas. Click on any node to reveal its action menu—from here you can start a link to another node, change its background color to keep things categorized, or delete it.
3. Customize & Organize
Mind maps can get chaotic quickly. Don't worry! Press the Auto button to let our smart algorithm untangle your branches and neatly align them. You can also zoom in and out using the controls on the right to navigate massive maps easily.
4. Export & Share
When you're ready to present your ideas, click Export. Our robust export engine lets you customize the output format (PNG, PDF, SVG), pick an aspect ratio (16:9, 1:1, etc.), adjust image quality (up to 4x Ultra), and even select between solid white, grid, or transparent backgrounds.
Pro Tip:
Use the Color Palette available when you click on a node to color-code branches of your mind map. This helps instantly differentiate between various topics at a glance!
