Getting Started with Text2 Doc
Text2 Doc is the lightest and smoothest document app. Create, edit, and manage
documents with rich text editing and export to DOCX, PDF, HTML, and Markdown formats — all stored locally on
your device, no account needed.
Rich Text Editing
Bold, italic, underline, headings (H1–H3), text colors, blockquotes,
ordered & unordered lists.
Export Formats
Export your document to DOCX, PDF (A4), HTML, or Markdown with one tap.
Images & Tables
Insert images by tapping the image button or drag & drop. Insert tables
with custom row/column size.
Links
Insert hyperlinks with custom display text. Tap any link in the editor to
preview before visiting.
Auto Save
Documents are saved automatically as you type. No need to press Save
manually.
Version History
Up to 10 previous versions are saved automatically. Restore any version
from the Actions menu.
Find & Replace
Quickly find any word and replace it across your document with the Find &
Replace panel.
Table of Contents
Auto-generate a sidebar TOC from your headings, or insert a styled TOC
block into the document.
Dark Mode
Switch between light and dark themes anytime using the moon icon in the
top-right corner.
Import Files
Import existing .docx, .txt, or .md files using the "Add File" button in
the header.
Word Count Goal
Set a word count target and track your progress in real time with the goal
progress bar.
Pin Documents
Pin important documents so they appear at the top of your document list for
instant access.
Create a document — Tap the + button (bottom-right) to create a new
blank document.Write your content — Type in the title field and the body area below the toolbar.Format text — Select text and use toolbar buttons to apply bold, italic, headings,
colors, etc.Insert media — Use toolbar icons to insert images, tables, or links into your document.
Export — Tap the ⋮ menu (top-right in editor) → choose your export
format.Manage documents — On the home screen, swipe or tap the pin/delete icons on each card.

🔍 Use Find & Replace (search icon in editor header) to quickly locate and update text.
🖼️ Drag & drop images directly into the editor — no need to use the image button.
🎯 Tap the word count widget in the editor header to set a custom writing goal.
